You can expect to earn 50% of what we charge our investors or vendors which is 1% of the brokerage fee of 2% + VAT on the purchase price.

DIRECT VENDORS
If you need a elite brokerage to find investors for your off market below market value assets, with or without planning, industrial developments or ready to go properties we are interested in seeing your supply and offering it to our rapidly growing network of investor demand. We charge 2% + VAT on purchase price for brokering your assets.
DIRECT INVESTORS
As offered across the board the same is available to an investor or group of, we charge 2% + VAT to acquire your specific investor needs. We are an elite brokerage and no requirement is too hard to acheive. Give us the challenge and we will break through your every expectation.
Across the board our service can be tailored to service more complex forms of partnerships for example if your organisation provides all types of relationships. e.g. Collobaration or clientelles services can be offered to all other network associates to increase a lucrative two-way partnership which goes holistically across any and all other services procured through our partnership.
PLEASE NOTE: We have a strict minimum of £1 Million assets, anything below will not be entertained.
